quality
Our modern QM system is certified in accordance with the strict regulations of the DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO14001:2015 and OHRIS standards.
All procedures and processes are planned and controlled. For us, the “zero defects” strategy applies to all work in our company. Every employee contributes to achieving this goal through their personal responsibility.
In order to achieve consistent quality, we regularly train our employees in compliance with the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO14001:2015 and OHRIS. During production, the products are constantly checked using 3D coordinate measuring machines and subsequent comparison of the measurement data with the CAD model.
Our experienced team stands for quality, adherence to deadlines and precision.
Quality is no coincidence

Certified environmental protection
In the Allgäu, we live in the midst of beautiful nature, which we want to preserve. Environmental protection is an important part of our corporate guidelines and daily work. We take environmental issues into account as early as the quotation and project phase to achieve optimum results for environmental protection.
The cornerstones with which our company fulfils its responsibility for sustainable environmental protection:
- Integration of environmental protection into our management system (DIN EN ISO 14001).
- Evaluation of production processes in terms of their impact on the environment.
- Assessment of products and operating materials, starting with procurement, through production and logistics, to disposal.
We have been a DIN EN ISO 14001 certified company since 2002.
We have been a recognised member of the Bavarian Environmental Pact since 2005.
In 2008, we received the OHRIS certificate for occupational health and safety and plant safety.
We are planning to be certified in accordance with the ISO 50001 energy management system in 2024/2025.
In the long term, the O issue strategy is being pursued

KLAUS BAIER - Renovation is progressing quickly
Steady growth made it necessary to create additional space at the site. Management, commercial management, controlling, QMB, HR, sales, design and reception will soon be moving to the building directly in front of the Rehbichler Weg.
The majority of the move will be completed by the beginning of the new year. In future, the former two-family house will be connected to the production hall and modern sanitary facilities will be created for all employees.
